SUBSCRIPTIONS
Refill subscriptions deliver flavour cores to you on a regular schedule at a lower price than buying them one at a time. The Fresh Start comes every 4 or 6 weeks for £24 and the Full Reset every 6 or 8 weeks for £36, both 20% off the one-off price. The price, what’s in each delivery and how often it arrives are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
HOW BILLING WORKS
Your first delivery is charged when you place your order. Each delivery after that is charged automatically to the same payment method on its scheduled date, at the price you signed up for, and dispatched within 2 working days. We’ll email you 3 days before each charge, so you can skip, change or cancel in time.
If we ever need to change the price of your subscription, we’ll tell you by email at least 14 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
HOW TO CANCEL, PAUSE OR CHANGE
You can cancel any time, with no fee and no minimum number of deliveries. You can also skip a delivery, pause, or change how often it arrives.
To do any of these, use the link in any of your subscription emails to manage your subscription, or email support@noqa.co.uk with your order number. If you cancel before your next charge, you won’t be charged again. If a delivery has already been charged and dispatched, it will still arrive, and the cancellation applies from the next one.
YOUR 14 DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL
You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first delivery for any reason. Unopened refills from that delivery can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy. Opened flavour cores can’t be returned for hygiene reasons unless they’re faulty.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll email you and try again. If it still fails, your subscription will be paused until your payment details are updated. Nothing is dispatched until payment is taken.
